East Lake

This area is known for its quiet, scenic neighborhoods of unique residential communities; a predominantly family oriented residential area in northeast Pinellas County, currently comprised of over 5,749 occupied households.

It is located in the East Lake Tarpon Special Fire Control District. Small businesses and limited commercial uses serve to support the residents of this community. Lake Tarpon to the west provides recreational boating activities and the community’s natural lands providing many recreational opportunities to the residents. It is also known for its East Lake Communities Community Library and the 8,000 acre Brooker Creek Preserve.
